Summary: In this video, we will introduce the lambda expressions. One thing to know about lambdas is that they are a short hand notation for functions. We use the -> notation. On the left hand side, we indicate the input parameters, and on the right hand side, we introduce the “body”, or what we want that expression to do. We will start with the Runnable interface and see how we can implement that the traditional way and how we can implement it using lambdas. Then, we will illustrate the use of lambdas in the collections. We will work with a collection of courses and sort them.
