Mini-Summary: Now that windows storage server 2008 have been installed, the next step is to perform the installation of iSCSI Target software, this application will allow us to create our virtual disks that we will use to act as our shared disks for the failover cluster installation, therefore these disks will be visible to our database server.  It’s important to note that this tool can only be installed on windows storage server 2008. After that we will start the creation of the VM that will act as our first node.

Methodology of example: This will create a cluster with Sql Server 2008 R2 focusing on two points: a cluster in a virtual machine without needing a rugged hardware.
