Dear friends you can design any website as dynamic offline. You just do that install a Localhost server on your computer. It is an application which allow you to see live your website updates time to time on your computer Brower.
The localhost means that you want to host your website from your computer. And when we are designing a website offline so it is necessary to install a localhost server. As I am going to download and install xampp. You can easily download it from http://www.apachefriends.org/ this link.
Xampp Installation step by step:
Dear friends the installation of Xampp LocalHost server is very easy. Just click next and next… lets start.
Step1: Double click on the downloaded setup of Xampp, and if you are using windows 7 or 8 so you can right click on it and click on Run as Administrator

Step2: In windows 7 and 8 it will ask you to confirm the rights of Administrator. So don’t worry about it and just click on Yes button it will be start…
Step3: Now just click on OK button for next step...

Dear friend you can change its language if you don’t understand English.

Read it once it’s so necessary. If you want to don’t lose your any important data it is necessary for you to read carefully every warning errors. After reading it just click on OK button.
Setp5: Now click NEXT button
Figure 4: Click next buttonStep6: Now it will ask you for directory. I will suggest you that you should save it in a separate local drive because your web programming all data will save. When suddenly your OS crash.

Step7: Now you will see a window in which it will ask you which items you want in your Xampp localhost server.

You should check/ select all items because in web programming or website developing they will need you at any time. Select them and click on next.

Step8: In this window you will see a process which is extracting and installing the Xampp files.

So kindly wait till it completes and then click on next button to proceed...
Step9: so dear friend we almost done it now click on Finish button.

Step10: In this window it will alert you that PORTS 80 and 443 is being used by your PC. It is showing because may be you are using any application which is using these ports already.
NOTE: May be it will not show you when you are installing Xampp on your computer.

Just click on OK button.
Step11: In this window it will give you a message to alert you that all services of Xampp are installed on your computer successfully.

Step12: It is understood thing now your Xampp is ready to use. Congratulations..

Step13: This is an error when you installed your Xampp server but after clicking on yes of last window of Congratulation window, The Xampp Control Panel not open successfully

Don’t worry for it. Just click on OK button
Step14: after clicking on OK button in last window you will see this Xampp Control Panel Application. But the most important this is that in Modules the Apache is not start. Click on it to start when you’re all ports free it will take any one port and you will see it will change Text from button. From Start to Stop.

Step15: After clicking on Start button you will see this.

Now click on Admin.. button which is front of Stop button of Apache Module.
Step16: now your localhost server of Xampp will start and you are on the Splash Screen of Xampp. Here you can choose any language which you understand.

Step17: it is the last after clicking English you are at the Admin page of Xampp server.
