FAQ - Mr.Bool Video Tutorials

See below the main problems related to MrBool video tutorials:

1) I've downloaded the video tutorial but did not find a AVI file; How can I play the video?

Solution: Almost every video tutorials on mrbool.com needs to be watched on the application "MrBool Player"; You can download it at www.mrbool.com/player; After that you must open in MrBool Player the file with *.DM2 extension

2) When I open a video tutorial the MrBool Player does not show any message and the video does not run (sometimes the audio can be heard, but nothing appears)

Solution: Probably you do not have the correct Video CODECs installed. Follow the steps:

a) Install TSCC Video Codec; You can download it at: www.mrbool.com/tscc.zip

b) If it does not work install the last version of XP_Codec_Pack:

c) If it does not work install the last version of K-Lite:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

3) I've received an alert "HEUR / Crypted" from my antivirus. What does it means?

RE: To avoid being hacked, the application "Mr.Bool Player" was encrypted after compilation. Some antivirus issue the warning "HEUR / Crypted" - This alert indicates that the antivirus failed to fully analyze the executable (because of the encryption). Below is a definition on the alert HEUR/Crypted:

"HEUR/Crypted signals files that are protected by encryption mechanisms and are often manipulated afterwards to hide the real functionality."

You can ignore this warning or set our Player as an exception in your antivirus. The Mr.Bool team ensures that the Player do not have any kind of virus.

4) I receive a CRC Error when I try to unzip the video tutorial

Solution: we recommend you:

1) Try to download the video tutorial again;

2) Try to use a software like "GetRight" (a download manager);
