Methodology of the development of example: You can create a new form template installed with Windows SharePoint Services by adding an .ascx file that contains a custom template definition to Local_Drive:\\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\CONTROLTEMPLATES. The custom control template must have the same ID as the default template to override the existing one.

Examples constructed: A list defination has been generated using Sharepoint Solution Generator 2008. Then customized it by editing schema.xml for assigning Custom Templete.
