Title: Sun Certified Java Programmer 310-065-Lesson 6-Object Orientation-Part 3 (Calling constructors and methods of classes in an inheritance hierarchy)
Duration: 16 minutes
Summary: In this video, we continue our exercises that cover the concepts of object orientation (has-a, is-a, polymorphism, encapsulation, inheritance, cohesion, coupling…). The main questions we discussed concentrated on classes that have weak encapsulation (like a class that has public variables). The main subject that we covered has to do with calling constructors and methods of classes in an inheritance hierarchy. We saw how the child constructor will automatically call the default constructor of the parent class before executing its own constructor. These types of questions are very tricky and important to practice on them before the test.
Methodology of the development of example: Good coding standard and simplified design to prepare for the Java programmer certification exam CX-310-065.
Technology Used: Java - Core Concepts.
Keywords: Sun Certified Java Programmer, classes, interfaces, encapsulation, inheritance, is-a, has-a, cohesion, coupling, polymorphism, overloading, overriding.
