Summary: In this video, we introduce new elements to HTML 5. These new elements are very self-explanatory. We started with the article element and we saw how we can add a reference to an article within that tag. Then we talked about menu and commands. We looked at details and their summary. It is very easy to add header and footer sections to a page. If you need to mark some text as important, you simply need to use the mark tag. We also explained the use of meter, progress, section, and the time tags. Do not forget to test these new elements in FireFox 3.6 and higher or Opera. The current version of IE (8) does not support these new elements.
