Title: Classpath and Packages: Exam questions tests - Sun Certified Java Programmer 310-065 - Lesson 62
Duration: 16 minutes.
Summary: In this video, we wrap up the last set of questions for the first exam. By the end of the video we will have already covered 75 questions. In the next video, we will start the next exam which also contains 75 questions. The questions in this video have to do with classpath and packages. Usually, you are given a directory structure and a list of “.class” files. You are asked to determine which import you need to do to get the file to compile. In another question, you are asked to change the object that a final reference is referring to, and of course that will cause a compilation failure. One important concept you will be tested on in the exam is garbage collection. You need to understand when a reference is no longer referring to an object and thus ready for garbage collection. Finally, we cover Maps and subMaps, and how adding elements to one within the range will affect the other.
Methodology of the development of example: Good coding standard and simplified design to prepare for the Java programmer certification exam CX-310-065.
Technology Used: Java – Core Concepts
Keywords: Class, object, import, package, final, garbage collection, TreeMap, NavigableMap, subMap.
